Voice in Sport x LGU
Empowering the Next Generation of Female Athletes
We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Voice in Sport (VIS)—a trailblazing organization dedicated to elevating and empowering women and girls in sports. VIS is creating a safe, inclusive space where female athletes can connect, share, and grow together. We are especially excited to integrate VIS into our ECNL Girls programs, where our athletes will have access to this incredible platform, including group sessions with VIS experts and the opportunity to add-on personalized mentorship. At LGU, we are committed to providing our players with every opportunity to grow both on and off the field.
About VIS
Through its dynamic platform, VIS offers a wealth of athlete-focused resources, including expert content on sports nutrition, recovery strategies, sports psychology, and the critical role of women’s health in athletic performance. In addition to fostering peer connections, VIS provides direct access to leading women professionals and advocates across these disciplines. As part of this partnership, our ECNL teams will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions with these experts.
“When girls have access to professional athlete mentors, wellness services, and the right education, their journey in sport transforms. That’s why we’re thrilled to continue our work with Los Gatos Soccer Club helping every girl stay in sport, build her confidence, and develop the leadership skills to succeed on and off the field” said Stef Strack, Founder & CEO, VOICEINSPORT.
Whether they’re seeking mental health support, recovery practices, or inspiring mentorship, our athletes will now have even more tools to thrive in their sports journey.
“By providing all our Girls ECNL RL players with premium VIS accounts and hosting team-based seminars with their outstanding experts throughout the year, we are investing in their growth, confidence, and long-term success,” said Phil Gibson, Executive Director at Los Gatos United Soccer Club.
Together, VIS x LGU will continue to amplify the voices of young women in sport—because their stories and success matter.
