Level Up this Summer: Strength, Speed & Injury Prevention
We’re excited to launch a new summer performance program led by Dr. Andrew Cleary, PhD in Sports Performance—a nationally respected expert who has worked with elite athletes, including NBA legends like Scottie Pippen. This program is designed to help our athletes become stronger, faster, and more explosive, while significantly reducing the risk of injury.
Held in the late afternoons and evenings at Creekside Sports Park, this small-group training experience will combine gym-based strength work with field-based endurance and agility training.
This five-week program (with weekly registration options available) is built on science-backed methods proven to enhance performance and reduce injury. Athletes will focus on:
- Building strength, agility, and neuromuscular control
- Enhancing speed, explosiveness, and endurance
- Reducing injury risk—especially ACL injuries common in youth sports
- Gaining confidence through intentional, expert-led training
Dr. Andrew Cleary holds a PhD in Sports Performance and brings years of experience training elite-level athletes. His programs are results-driven, grounded in research, and tailored to help athletes unlock their full potential.
