Joel holds a USSF B license and a NorCal Technical Directors License. He played at Saint Mary’s College (Moraga CA), where he was a WCC
champion and made it to the NCAA Elite 8. He has been with LGU for 9 years, and has also coached at Menlo High School, Cristo Rey High School, and Los Gatos High School where he currently serves.
