Shaun is one of the most respected youth development coaches in the country. He returned to LGU after an elite run with the LA Galaxy Academy, where he led the program to back-to-back MLS Next National Championships in 2023 and 2024, and was named the MLS All-Star Coach of the Year in 2024.

He has spent over a decade working with U.S. Soccer, coaching the U16, U17, and U20 U.S. Men’s National Teams, and led teams at two Youth World Cups. As a player, Shaun also represented the U.S. at the 1999 U20 World Cup in Nigeria.

A former UCLA standout and New England Revolution draft pick, Shaun brings elite playing and coaching experience, a championship mindset, and a national-level vision to Los Gatos United.
