After returning from a U.S. U-20 Men’s National Team camp, Technical Director Shaun Tsakiris kept coming back to one idea: love the ball.
His reflection centers on individual development — players building a deep relationship with the ball through repetition, curiosity and time. At the national-team level, he saw elite players spend most of camp focused on individual actions before the group came together tactically.
That same philosophy informs LGU’s approach. Players are challenged to develop technique, confidence and decision-making so they can adapt to different teams, coaches and systems as they grow.
