THE RIGHT CHALLENGE AT EACH STAGE.

LGU girls teams compete across NorCal Premier and ECNL Regional League. The goal is continued development: stronger technique, better decisions and confidence as the game asks more of the player.

7v7 & 9v9 / Confidence on the ball

Early competitive teams build comfort on the ball, confidence in decisions and a love of competing with teammates.

11v11 & NorCal / More of the game

Full-field soccer brings increasing tactical detail, physical demands and stronger competition across NorCal levels.

ECNL Regional League / A wider stage

LGU’s top girls teams compete in ECNL-RL NorCal, with national events and college showcase opportunities. Ask about the schedule and event requirements for the relevant age group and team.

STRONG COMPETITION. A TEAM BEHIND YOU.

Development is more than reaching a different league. It is becoming more capable, resilient and confident while keeping the connection that makes players want to return.
