OVERVIEW

LG NEXT is a comprehensive, year-round training program for our U12-U19 pre-NPL, NPL and premier-level teams, incorporating the full spectrum of player development – technical, tactical, physical, and mental (personality).

Our mission is to create an unparalleled training environment that inspires our youth to reach their maximum potential. Through our “improve yourself daily” approach as well as our experience developing talent, our pathway provides the best opportunity for young players to achieve their goals (high school, college, pro, national team).

The program is led by LG United Technical Director and former U16/17 US Youth National Team Head Coach, Shaun Tsakiris, who brings an impressive track record for player development. Over the past 20 years, Shaun has developed numerous players who have gone on to to play for top college programs, the US National Team, as well as prominent professional clubs, both domestic and international.
